THE CABIN
Bedrooms
Upstairs, you’ll find two master suites with private baths, king-sized beds and 9-foot sliding glass doors opening on a light-filled terrace. In the converted basement, you’ll find another bedroom with its own bathroom, two single beds and a TV. All of the beds include a memory-foam mattress and a full set of linens.
Living room
The open-air ground floor is warm and inviting. Like every room of the chalet, it features exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forest. The carefully selected furnishings and decorative items ensure a level of comfort that’s undeniably soothing and cozy. A 75-inch TV and Fibe Internet will keep the whole family entertained and connected. Meanwhile, a magnificent fireplace will warm the chilly winter evenings, and a heat pump air conditioner will cool the hot summer days.
Kitchen
The fully customized craftsman-style open-plan kitchen features an 8-foot island, offering a perfect gathering place. You’ll find everything you need for cooking, including pots and pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, an air fryer, a filter coffeemaker, a Nespresso machine, two fondue pots, a platter for cheeses and charcuterie, a hand mixer, cooking oil, seasonings and more. You’ll even have access to a pantry.
Outdoor spaces
The large terrace, equipped with a barbecue, a spa, eight Adirondack chairs and a table, offers spectacular views of the mountains during the day and the stars at night. If you enjoy sitting around a fire, there’s an outdoor fireplace with all the wood you need.
La Malbaie and the surrounding areas
Just a ten-minute drive from the chalet, in the heart of La Malbaie and Pointe-au-Pic, you’ll find fine dining establishments, art boutiques, the legendary Manoir Richelieu, the Mont Grand-Fonds ski resort, the Outdoor Center, bubbling springs and magnificent golf courses. A little further away, you’ll be able to enjoy whale-watching cruises, the fabulous Hautes-Gorges National Park, the Domaine Forget International Music Festival, the Domaine Comporté outfitters and the lively Bootlegger Steakhouse. You can also participate in a variety of activities, including the Ultra-Trail Harricana, the Charlevoix Nordic Spree, the Mont Grand-Fonds Park, the Charlevoix Rodeo in St-Aimé-des-Lacs and the numerous shows put on by the city.
